Omission Ultimate Light Fans:

We have identified that a recent batch of Ultimate Light does not meet our quality assurance standards. In this specific batch, a naturally occurring bacteria, Lactobacillus, has developed leading to an unpleasant odor and off-flavor. If you have purchased Ultimate Light with a production date of JUL2319 or JUL2419, please complete the form below or write to contact@drinkomission.com with your name, address and purchase price, and we will reimburse you.

FAQ:

What caused the off-flavor?

The naturally occurring bacteria Lactobacillus. The bacteria is harmless; in fact, it may be familiar as it is found in many yogurts & probiotics.

Will I get sick from the Lactobacillus in my beer?

The bacteria is not harmful.

Does this impact the gluten content of the beer?

As with all Omission beers, this batch was brewed with traditional beer ingredients and then crafted to remove gluten. The gluten-removal process is listed FAQ, along with the test results from every batch of Omission beer.

I noticed Omission Ultimate Light is now in cans, did you change the beer’s formula?

There has been no change to Ultimate Light’s recipe. Since its launch, Ultimate Light has consistently been testing at 3 carbs, so we changed our packaging to be more accurate.

Can I return this to the store?

In most states, retailers are not allowed to accept returns on alcohol. Omission Brewing Co. will reimburse you for 100% of your purchase price – complete the form below or email contact@drinkomission.com

Where can I find the date code on my can?

The date code is listed on the bottom of each can – this is the date the beer was canned. It can also be found on the outside of the cardboard packaging.
