FAQ:

What caused the off-flavor?

Occasionally, as part of the brewing process, a naturally occurring bacteria can develop. The bacteria is harmless, but when activated can lead to an unpleasant odor and off-flavor. This happened to an isolated batch of Omission Lager bottles.

Will I get sick from the bacteria in my beer?

The bacteria is not harmful.

Does this impact the gluten content of the beer?

It does not impact the crafted-to-remove-gluten nature of the beer. As with all Omission beers, this batch was brewed with traditional beer ingredients and then crafted to remove gluten. The gluten-removal process is listed FAQ, along with the test results from every batch of Omission beer.

Can I return this to the store?

In most states, retailers are not allowed to accept returns on alcohol. Omission Brewing Co. will reimburse you for 100% of your purchase price – complete the form below or email contact@drinkomission.com

Where can I find the date code on my can?

The date code is listed on the side of each bottle near the UPC – this is the date the beer was bottled.
